

















Mr. Scaringe brings 13 years of experience in bioinformatics to MEDomics.
Mr. Scaringe develops and manages hardware and software infrastructure for massively parallel sequencing. His expertise includes molecular epidemiology and human spontaneous mutagenesis and its relationship to cancer and genetic disease. Mr. Scaringe has extensive experience in DNA sequence analysis and development of custom bioinformatics software. He is a contributing author to over 25 peer-reviewed publications. He also has extensive experience in laboratory information management systems and mutation databases. Prior to joining MEDomics, Mr. Scaringe worked with Dr. Sommer at the City of Hope for 12 years. He received a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
