"2020" Vision

Our vision for 2020 is a world in which the main focus of medicine has evolved from treating the sick patient to managing the risks within the family to delay or prevent disease.

The vision of personalized medicine as described in an inspiring video announcing the X Prize in Genomics (see below for the video link) is aligned with our mission. The video begins with a segment on the first X Prize (3 min) and then continues with the vision of personalized medicine (2 min) and a segment on the new X Prize in Genomics (3 min).
